Speak with Heavenly Father, give Him thanks, seek His guidance, and then follow His Son, Jesus Christ.  Your Heavenly Father loves you.

Hymn

Sing, listen to, or simply keep in mind the words of a hymn throughout the day.  Your positive self-talk is a valuable antidote to counteract doubt and depression.

Scripture Study

Read and ponder scripture:

Daily Activities

Exercise

Maintain a healthy physical fitness routine.
