NEVER GIVE UP!

He Will Never Give Up On You
Never Give Up | Fathering Leadership

The Lord will never give up on you! What a glorious thought. As long as you are willing to try, He will be there to exalt your effort. Although He will never force you into heaven, He will joyfully welcome you home.

Fathers should always remember, live by, and teach the Lord’s commandment to “love one another.”
( John 15:12, 17 )

  • Why? Because it will please your Heavenly Father, whom you love.
  • Why? Because, it will be easier for others to love you in return.
  • Why? Because you will learn to love yourselves.
Jesus was asked,

“Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.”
( Matthew 22:36-40 )

Fathers, by showing love toward your neighbor…you will learn to love yourself. The more you love your neighbor…the more you will love yourself.

  • Why? Because love casteth out fear.

Fear of failure, fear of not being accepted, and fear of the future keep us from trying to do better. We can do better. We can change. We can be happy.

“There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear”
      When you love God,
      your neighbor,
      and yourself
      then…
      YOU WILL NEVER GIVE UP
Your eternal God and your true neighbor
      will always stand with you.
      You will never stand alone!

God Will Exalt Your Faithful Effort | Fathering Leadership

      Faithful Effort

A father never wants to hear their child say of themselves that they are worthless. A child who thinks of themselves as worthless may be listening to others who brag of their looks, fortune, or social status. Comparing oneself with flashy, loud, and teasing bystanders will never define a person’s worth.

      Love One Another

Unfortunately, many people don’t treat themselves very well and there are some who don’t even know what it’s like to be treated with kindness. We live in a pretty tough world. Nevertheless, fathers can help create a better world for themselves and for their family.
