How should we treat others? ~ With Love!<\/b><\/p>\n
Unfortunately, many people don’t treat themselves very well and there are some who don’t even know what it’s like to be treated with kindness. We live in a pretty tough world. Nevertheless, fathers can help create a better world for themselves and for their family.<\/p>\n
Remember what Jesus Christ taught:<\/p>\n
“Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.” <\/i>(Matthew 22:39<\/a>).<\/p>\n Love is the great game changer.<\/b><\/p>\n Fathers can show love! Fathers can strive to follow Jesus’ perfect example when He said:<\/span><\/p>\n “<\/i><\/span>love one another; as I have loved you”<\/i> (John 13:34<\/a>).<\/p>\n Where can we start?<\/b><\/p>\n Let’s start with the 10 Commandments (Exodus 20:1-17<\/a>) :<\/p>\n 1 And God spake all these words, saying, We too can be <\/span>“brought out of the house of bondage.”<\/i><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n When you keep God’s commandments<\/b> (<\/span>2 Nephi 2:27<\/a>)<\/span> <\/a>2 Nephi 10:23<\/a> <\/p>\n <\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_divider color=”rgba(50,50,104,0.92)” divider_weight=”3px” _builder_version=”4.19.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][\/et_pb_divider][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.19.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n\n
2 I am the Lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:
5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.
7 Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain; for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

14 Thou shalt not commit adultery.

16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour\u2019s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour\u2019s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour\u2019s.<\/i><\/p>\n
you begin to love who you are,\u00a0<\/b>
your self-confidence increases, and<\/b>
you begin treating others the way you want to be treated! <\/b><\/p>\n
Wherefore, men are free according to the flesh; and all things are given them which are expedient unto man. And they are free to choose liberty and eternal life, through the great Mediator of all men, or to choose captivity and death, according to the captivity and power of the devil; for he seeketh that all men might be miserable like unto himself.<\/i><\/p>\n
Therefore, cheer up your hearts, and remember that ye are free to act for yourselves\u2014to choose the way of everlasting death or the way of eternal life.<\/i><\/p>\n
